Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Omni Broker AI platform (the "Service"), provided by Omni Broker AI Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by real estate professionals licensed and registered with their respective provincial regulatory bodies (e.g., RECO in Ontario). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed real estate professional in good standing.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

Data generated through your marketing campaigns (e.g., lead information) is your property, but we retain a limited license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our analytics (such as the B-20 Mobility Score). All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA.

5. Intellectual Property

The Omni Broker AI platform, including its software, AI models, and branding, is the exclusive property of Omni Broker AI Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your professional marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Omni Broker AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of commissions, data, or business reputation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
