1. Program Description
The Omni Broker AI Lead Alert program sends automated SMS notifications to real estate professionals who have opted in. These alerts include information about new lead scans, property interest, and system status updates.
2. Opt-In & Opt-Out
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box during registration, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Omni Broker AI Inc. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
To opt-out, text STOP at any time to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
3. Frequencies & Fees
Message frequency varies based on your lead activity levels. Omni Broker AI does not charge for the Service, however, message and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier's plan (Bell, Rogers, Telus, etc.).
4. Supported Carriers
Our SMS notifications are supported by major Canadian and US carriers. Omni Broker AI Inc. and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy & CASL Compliance
