Omni Broker AI accesses MLS® listing data exclusively through authorized data feeds via the Repliers API. We operate as a B2B tool for licensed RECO-registered professionals — not as a public listing portal.

  • MLS® data is restricted to authenticated, licensed real estate professionals with verified credentials.
  • Active and sold listing data is refreshed at least every 24 hours to ensure accuracy.
  • Sold data display is limited to a maximum of two (2) years, in compliance with TRREB policy.
  • All listing displays include proper brokerage attribution and MLS® data source identification.
  • Generated marketing assets automatically embed required MLS® attributions and brokerage disclosures.
  • No co-mingling of TRREB data with other real estate board data.
  • TRREB data is not redistributed, resold, or exported to unauthorized third-party platforms.

"Clean Room" AI Architecture

Our AI architecture strictly operates on a "Clean Room" framework to fully eliminate liability and copyright risks associated with MLS® data:

  • No LLM Processing: TRREB Listing details, specific pricing, and property remarks are never fed into our Large Language Models.
  • Template-Only Generation: AI models generate only generic marketing structure, hooks, and frameworks.
  • Strict Run-Time Merging: Real property data from the Repliers API is overlaid onto the AI framework at the frontend level on demand, ensuring complete physical separation.

VOW Security & Non-Redistribution

To protect TRREB's data monopoly, Omni Broker AI utilizes an enterprise-grade VOW gating layer:

  • Zero Shadow Database: Raw listing records are not cached or stored on platform servers. Data is accessed purely at run-time.
  • VOW Gate: Consumers must register a password-protected account and agree to explicit VOW Terms of Use to establish a lawful broker-consumer relationship.
  • Immutable Traceability: Actions such as consumer account creations and CMA generations generate a SHA-256 identity hash recorded in immutable system logs.
